We also want you to keep in mind that our tastings are not only about the food. Our tastings are designed around your particular menu which is why we schedule tastings at least 2 weeks in advance. First and foremost, we feel that it is important that our clients get acquainted and comfortable with us. The tasting can last 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of your proposed menu. Make sure you come hungry and plan enough time so you can enjoy the process and not feel rushed.

Your tasting will typically start with hors d’oeuvres and progress through your menu, to give you a glimpse into your actual reception. You will have an opportunity to discuss vision, mood, timing, and other details we will need to know for a successful event! Delight in your menu, savor some quiet before your big day, and please do not feel pressured to critique each dish-this should be a FUN and RELAXING time! We recommend you try to enjoy the menu as your guests might on your wedding day! If you want to make changes, let us know, that’s what we are here for.
